Our perfect candidates are individuals that are honest, team players, hard working, and have a passion for health & wellness. We prefer candidates that have previous experience in either the retail, marketing, or hospitality (hotels or restaurants) industry as they often bring experience, skill sets, and previous training that is helpful to the operation of their store. In addition, our perfect candidate is educated and sufficiently capitalized to open a Smoothie Factory store and sustain operations through working capital until the break-even has been achieved.

- Hospitality, retail or marketing experience preferred
Area Developer
- Highly ambitious
- Excellent leadership skills
- Honest, team player, hard working and collaborative
- Restaurant/Hospitality experience
